St. Avalo was born from the belief that great wine doesn’t need to shout. Located in the lush Santa Ynez Valley of Santa Barbara, our vineyard is defined by a unique terroir—not unlike what you might find in Italy.  Low water, rich soil & a deep respect for the land. We aim to honor the grapes of yesteryear & showcase the best of what the Central Coast has to offer.

Enjoy guided tastings of our current releases, crafted from organic vines grown in the Santa Ynez Valley since 2008. Rooted in tradition and shaped by the extremes of our high-desert vineyard, St. Avalo wines are known around the world for their old-world character and local precision.

Local pickup is available for online orders. Walk-ins welcome. Reservations encouraged for seated tastings.
